Someone on Linked In Warned that Asians consume exotic foods without fear and one ot them is dog meat.
Ha ha! Indeed! Reminds me of the Highridge restaurant I went to where on the vegetarian menu they listed chicken which, for vegetarians, is indeed an exotic vegetable but they do indulge remorselessly - no fear (and, don't forget before you leave for China some (maybe not all) Chinese serve delicious fried chicken's feet to people they respect highly, so be ready, if you do not consider chicken exotic....).
Animal, vegetable or... mineral?
I believe locusts are considered mineral, by the way, because they consume plants which grow on the mineral content of the soils....
